We really enjoyed the peaceful setting around Lough Corrib — It was perfect for a relaxing fishing weekend. The B&B had a warm, friendly atmosphere, and the hosts were very welcoming and knowledgeable about the local fishing spots and boat hire options. The location is ideal for trout fishing, with easy access to the lake and nearby piers. After a long day on the water, it was great to return to a comfortable room and enjoy a hearty breakfast each morning. We also liked how quiet and scenic the area was, while still being close enough to villages and pubs for food and evening entertainment. Overall, it was a great mix of good fishing, beautiful scenery, and genuine Irish hospitality

Larry and Michelle are the best. Always attentive to every need and incredibly gracious. The fishing guides are awesome and each is a unique individual with skills that make lough style fishing accessible to everyone, regardless of previous experience.

This is now our 11th annual visit to stay here at Corrib view with Larry and Michelle McCarthy. Larry and his team of guides go above and beyond to create the ultimate fishing experience on the unique Lough Corrib its just a magical place and the quality of fish to be caught are first class. The rooms are immaculate and the breakfast in the morning is wonderful everything cooked fresh. The hospitality at Corrib View again is outstanding and nothing is too much trouble for Larry and Michelle. The fishing lounge at night is a great place to meet anglers world wide and have a bit of craic. Till next year

Superb accommodation and friendly hosts, The bed was so comfortable I almost overslept on my first nights stay, outstanding full Irish breakfast. Whilst staying we took advantage of fishing on Lough Corrib with a guide, boat and all equipment provided by the Lodge owners. The property is in an ideal location for exploring Co. Galway and Co Mayo. Very close to Cong village famous for the filming of The Quiet Man starring John Wayne and Maureen O'Hara. All in all a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back.

Hosts were incredible, polite, informative and funny. Everything about the place was top class. Food, rooms, cleanlyness all very good. Most of all it was topped by Mitchel and her team. For anglers the service provided by Larry and his team ensured a super experiance. Highly recommended

This is my 3rd stay here. Michelle goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable. The accommodation is very clean and the breakfast is amazing. All rooms are en-suite. All family members from America and England use the Corrib View for accommodation when visiting county Mayo

We reached the house and relaxed from that Moment on. The was the warmest welcome ever. The room was quiet and very comfortable. In the morning we got the worlds best irish breakfast. Michelle and Larry are very friendly and helpful. They make you feel at home direktly. We‘ll come as often as possible! Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday!!!
